6 Jumbo Shrimps
50gms (2 tablespoons) of Wasabi Date Spread
1 teaspoon of dijon mustard
1 teaspoon of black pepper powder
Salt to flavour
Mix all the ingredients together and leave the shrimps to marinate overnight.
Add butter or oil to the pan and cook the shrimps in the open pan for 4 minutes or just until the shrimp curl up and change colour to bright orange.
Put the cooked shrimps on the skewer and they are ready to be served!
Put marinated shrimps on the skewers.
brush butter on the shrimps and place them on a hot grill. Let them cook for 3-4 minutes on one side. Then butter and turn them. Allow them to cook for another 2-3 minutes, just until the shrimp curl up and change colour to bright orange.
The Shrimps are ready to be served!
