- There will not be any refund once the product is sold.
- A product bought can be exchanged for another product of equal or more value.
- Additional courier charges will apply for any exchange requested.
- Exchange will not be accepted any later than 3 working days from that date of purchase.
SHIPPING INFO
- Chilly Date Products can be shipped any where in UAE within 72 hours from the order confirmation for an additional courier charge.
- For overseas orders, additional courier charges will be applicable and the time of delivery will depend on the courier mode chosen by the customer.
- Courier charges will depend on the weight of the product ordered.
STORAGE & EXPIRY
- Since all Chilly Date products are made from 100% fresh ingredients and do not contain any preservatives, it is important that all products are strictly stored as per instructed on the individual product label.
- The product should be consumed no later than it's expiry period.
