    3. A product bought can be exchanged for another product of equal or more value.
    4. Additional courier charges will apply for any exchange requested.
    5. Exchange will not be excepted any later than 3 working days from that date of purchase.

  • SHIPPING INFO

    • Chilly Date Products can be shipped any where in UAE within 72 hours from the order confirmation for an additional courier charge.
    • For overseas orders, additional courier charges will be applicable and the time of delivery will depend on the courier mode chosen by the customer. 
    • Courier charges will depend on the weight of the product ordered.

  • STORAGE & EXPIRY

    • Since all Chilly Date products are made from 100% fresh ingreadients and do not contain any preservative, it is important that all products are strictly stored as per instructed on the individual product label.
    • The product should be consume no later than it's expiry period.
