Vegan Food Chilly Date - Love Spreads
Spiced date syrup glazed Pumpkin salad


250gms of Pumpkin cubes

55gms of Spiced Date Syrup

200gms Feta cheese cubes

1 tablespoon black sesame seeds 

1 cucumber - thinly sliced

1 carrot - thinly sliced

1 lemon - juiced

2 cups of Lettuce gently torn 

Salt to taste

Black pepper powder to taste



Add pumpkin cubes, spiced date syrup, black pepper powder and salt in the oven tray. Mix all ingredients well.

Place the tray in a 15-minute pre-heated oven at 180-Degree Celsius for 30 minutes, until the pumpkin cubes golden brown colour.

Let the Pumpkin cubes rest for 30 minutes so they cool down and mix the salad with the rest of the ingredients. Add Salt and pepper to taste and black sesame seeds to garnish.
